Display & Workstation Specs
At 32" viewing distance, your eyes maintain comfortable convergence with zero neck craning.
Clinical Rules for Monitor Elevation & Eye Health
The top border of your display must align with or sit 1 to 2 inches below your horizontal eye line. Looking straight ahead should meet the upper portion of the screen.
Maintain a 15Β° to 20Β° downward gaze angle. Looking slightly downward covers more of the cornea with the eyelid, significantly reducing tear evaporation and dry eye syndrome.
Every 20 minutes, look at an object 20 feet away for 20 seconds. This releases chronic tension in the ciliary eye muscles that causes screen-induced headaches.
